Return & Refund Policy
At Lola Woof, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lolawoof.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us at hello@lolawoof.com and we'll get the right product to you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened pet food or treats, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as final sale.
