Thank you for shopping at Lola WOOF. If something is not right with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Eligibility
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.

Refunds & Replacements
After reviewing your request, we will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No Physical Returns Required
We do not require you to ship items back. Do not return items unless specifically instructed by our support team.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of misuse, fraud, or requests made outside the 30-day window. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund.
