At Lola Woof, we want your furry friend's new goodies to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after processing. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking included.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey right to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@lolawoof.com and we'll look into it right away.
